MedTransSoft
is the best program for transportation industry I ever seen.
MedTransSoft made very convenient for non emergency wheelchair and Ambulance
companies to operate there services starting from data entry, live dispatch
(with beutiful dispatch screen), medical auto verification,
e-TAR or Paper
TAR creating, TAR status live checking and auto Approved or Deferred TAR
posting, auto Medi-Cal billing (with no typing), Medi-Cal, Medicare auto
payments posting.
This program made also very convenient for Ambulance services. Medi-Star
started Ambulance services using MedTransSoft from the scratch. And this
software helped us to put more attention outside problems then worry in
office problems.
I want to talk about excellent customer support. Everyone in this industry
knows about so many new changes in Medi-Cal, Medicare and other insurances
made. Medi-Star never faced any of those problems, thanks to customer support
of MedTransSoft’s high technology updates on time; we never lost any

MedTransSoft has fulfilled the promises that were made in
the promotion and we have not even started using all of the features. It
has made it possible to have more complete and accurate work done with less
man hours. In the first 3 months it has already paid for itself and when
we start using the GPS feature it will continue to save us money and keep
our medical billing timely. It has made the Tar submittal process so simple
that we can now have entry level employees processing Tars. We have been
able to reduce one employee in the office since the implementation of MedTransSoft.
The support we receive has been timely and fixed the problem
the first time without any time from my staff.
Compared to routing and Medi-Cal website integration
software that I have previously purchased, MedTransSoft is the only one
that did what it stated.
We average 25 to 30 Tars a day and now we might even be able
to start doing more runs because we can keep up with the billing.
